Every device you sign in on registers itself with your account. Settings → Devices shows the list — useful when you sell a laptop, lose a tablet, or want to know what is still connected.
What the list shows
Each entry carries the device name, the platform, the app version and when it was last seen. That last column is the one that answers the practical question: the machine you have not used since last season is the one to remove.
A device appears the first time you sign in on it, not when you install the app.
Removing a device
Select the device and remove it. The next time that device tries to sync, it signs itself out.
A removed device is not blocked for good: signing in again registers it anew.
How many devices
Up to five per account. Sync between them is part of the Sync and Share plans; on the Free plan the logbook stays on one device and the list is of little use.
A lost or stolen device
Remove it from the list first — it then stops receiving new entries. Bear in mind what that does and does not achieve: it ends the syncing, it does not reach the copy already on the device. If the device held sensitive crew data, treat it the way you would any lost device holding documents.
