Managing Your Subscription

Modified on Fri, 8 May at 4:41 PM

All subscription changes are handled through your KnotWise account settings and the Paddle Customer Portal. For a full plan comparison, visit knotwise.app/pricing.

Upgrading or downgrading

To change your plan, go to SettingsSubscription«Manage subscription». This opens the Paddle Customer Portal where you can switch between plans. Changes take effect at the start of the next billing period.

Cancelling

Cancel your subscription at any time in the Paddle Customer Portal via SettingsSubscription«Manage subscription». Your access remains active until the end of the current billing period. Your data is not deleted — see knotwise.app/pricing for what changes on the Free plan.

If you cannot access the Paddle Customer Portal — for example, if you no longer have the original email address — contact support@knotwise.app and we will assist.

Invoices and payment details

All invoices are available as PDF downloads in the Paddle Customer Portal. To update your payment method, open the portal via SettingsSubscription«Manage subscription».

Refunds

A full refund is available within 30 days of the subscription start or renewal date. Send your request to refund@knotwise.app with your account email address. Refunds are processed by Paddle as Merchant of Record.

Founder Pricing

The first 200 KnotWise subscribers receive a permanent 25% discount on their chosen plan — locked in for life as long as the subscription remains active. Founder Pricing is available until 31 December 2026 or until the 200-subscription cap is reached, whichever comes first. Check current availability at knotwise.app/pricing.
