Your email address is your KnotWise login and the primary way we contact you. You can change it at any time from within the app.
How to change your email address
- Go to Settings → Account
- Tap or click «Change» next to your current email address
- Enter your new email address and tap or click «Save»
- A confirmation email is sent to the new address — tap or click the link in that email to confirm the change
Confirmation link expired
The confirmation link expires after 24 hours. If it has expired, start the process again from Settings → Account → «Change».
Cancelling a pending change
If you entered the wrong address or changed your mind, tap or click «Cancel» in the pending change notice shown under your current email address. The pending request is removed immediately and your original address remains active.
Need help?
If you no longer have access to your original email address and cannot log in, contact us at support@knotwise.app and we will assist you manually.
