How Do I Change My Vessel Details?

Your vessel details — name, type, dimensions, tank capacities, registration and engine information — can be updated at any time in Settings.

Updating vessel details

1. Tap or click the Settings icon (gear wheel) at the bottom of the left sidebar
2. Navigate to Ship Data
3. Update any field — name, type, flag, LOA, beam, draft, engine hours baseline, tank capacities
4. Tap or click «Save»

Which exports are affected

These PDF exports read the vessel details directly, so an out-of-date field shows up in the document you hand over at the dock:

• Ship Dossier PDF
• Customs Declaration PDF
• Crew List PDF

Tank capacity settings

The percentage sliders in a log entry translate into litres using these capacities, and the range estimate on the dashboard is derived from them together with your consumption figure. Wrong capacities mean a wrong range — update them if you change or add a tank.
