How Do I Change My Vessel Details?

Your vessel details — name, type, dimensions, tank capacities, registration and engine information — can be updated at any time in Settings.

Updating vessel details

1. Tap or click the Settings icon (gear wheel) at the bottom of the left sidebar
2. Navigate to Ship Data
3. Update any field — name, type, flag, LOA, beam, draft, engine hours baseline, tank capacities
4. Tap or click «Save»

Which exports are affected

The following PDF exports draw directly from your vessel details — keep them current for accurate documentation:

• Ship Dossier PDF
• Customs Declaration PDF
• Crew List PDF

Tank capacity settings

Setting your fuel and water tank capacities correctly ensures that the percentage sliders in log entries show accurate litre estimates. Update these values if you change tanks or add capacity to your vessel.
