Exporting Your Logbook
KnotWise offers a comprehensive set of export formats — from official maritime documents accepted by port authorities and customs, to raw data exports for further analysis. Navigate to Export in the left sidebar to access all options.
Available exports

| Crew List PDF | Formatted crew list incl. passport photos, filterable by passage | |
| Customs Declaration PDF | Ready-to-submit customs form, filterable by passage | |
| Maintenance Log PDF | Completed maintenance tasks with category and date filters | |
| GPX Export | GPX | Passage routes as GPS tracks for chart plotters |
| CSV Export | CSV | All log entries as a spreadsheet for analysis |
Include attachments
Toggle "Include attachments" at the top of the Export page to add photos and documents to PDF exports.
